In a move reflecting the UAE‘s commitment to developing international relations between UAE and Mexico, Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, visited Mexico City to enhance partnerships with Mexico. This visit is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen economic ties between the two countries.

During the visit, Al Zeyoudi met with several senior Mexican officials, including the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Economy, to discuss enhancing non-oil trade. Bilateral trade between the two countries saw significant growth of 20.8% in 2023, reaching $2.6 billion.
