    Saudi Venture Capital (SVC) has announced its investment in the Aliph Fund I, managed by private equity firm Aliph Capital, which focuses on medium-sized businesses in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.

    Investment Objectives and Strategy

    The fund aims to foster economic and technological growth by actively investing in companies with significant potential for growth and digital transformation. This investment aligns with SVC’s strategy to support funds that focus on developing scalable Saudi enterprises and contributing to the broader regional economy.

    Leadership Insights

    Dr. Nabil Koshk, CEO of SVC, explained that this investment is part of the institution’s broader plan to support local market growth and enhance opportunities for digital and economic advancement. On the other hand, Huda Al-Wati, CEO of Aliph Capital, emphasized the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in driving economic growth and offering significant investment opportunities within the GCC market.
