    LyondellBasell, the world’s leading producer of polymers, has announced the opening of a new regional office in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant step in its expansion plans and strengthening partnerships with local entities.

    A Strategic Choice: CAFD and the Iconic Al-Muqarnas Tower

    The new office will be located in the iconic Al-Muqarnas Tower within the King Abdullah Financial District (CAFD) in Riyadh. The tower’s design draws inspiration from traditional Islamic art and integrates cutting-edge sustainability technologies.

    Spanning 70,000 square meters, the building features advanced lighting control systems and solar energy solutions, fostering a comfortable and eco-friendly workspace.

    CAFD, one of Riyadh’s premier economic hubs, connects vital offices and amenities through a network of pedestrian walkways, offering seamless access to essential facilities.

    Saudi Arabia: A Magnet for Global Businesses

    Saudi Arabia continues to attract major international companies, thanks to its robust investment incentives and world-class infrastructure.

    According to Saudi Investment Minister Khalid Al-Falih, the number of regional headquarters for global companies in the Kingdom reached 517 as of mid-2024. This growth reflects the increasing confidence in Saudi Arabia’s investment environment and its commitment to becoming a global business hub.
